Ivory Table is the greatest catering company I’ve had the pleasure of working with. The owner, Kristen is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely accommodating and creative with regards to how she approached our company’s Holiday Open House . In fact, this was the first Holiday Office Party in 3 years where I didn’t feel like I had to babysit, coordinate, or rush to instruct and direct our caterers. For once, I was actually able to relax and enjoy the party and mingle with our clients.This company is professional, prompt, and understands exactly what to do the moment they arrive, and provides impeccable clean up. The array and display of savory foods was phenomenal. This is hands down the easiest five star review I’ve ever given! We really could not have asked for me more.

“I used The Ivory Table as my wedding reception venue and caterer. There aren’t enough words to explain how wonderful Kristen Ward and her team were. The food was AMAZING. The venue was perfect for my small, intimate reception. The service for the reception was also doubly amazing. The server taking care of us was always checking on me to see if I needed anything. Kristen helped me put together a beautiful menu for my dream brunch wedding! She also was very reasonably priced. I can’t thank Kristen enough for making my day perfect!”

“For a recent company party/open house, we had Ivory Table’s drop-off catering. It was FABULOUS! I loved working with Kristen to plan things. She was so helpful in answering questions about how much food we would need and recommending combinations of platters.
All of the plates were so beautifully arranged, and the food was excellent. So many of our guests commented on how good the food was and went back for more, and all of my colleagues made a point of telling me the next day how much they’d enjoyed the spread (multiple times!). I could not have asked for a better catering experience–Ivory Table was absolutely perfect!”

In every single way they exceeded my extremely high expectations. From creating the menu together to working around my stringent dietary requirements they were a pleasure to work with. Kristen and her team catered our wedding. Leading up to the event, Kristen was more than accommodating and was willing to meet up several times to get a shared vision for the event that we had pictured. This included even coming to the venue location and doing a walk through.
Our wedding was very foodcentric and Kristen understood that. She went above and beyond making us both feel as if she was treating the event like it was for her family. All aspects of everything done was performed well, though some strong suits that really stood out included:

From initial meeting to follow-up menu discussion to logistical check-ins to the event itself, Kristen Ward and Ivory Table set the standard for professionalism, collaboration and day-of-event quality and high-class presentation! Our heavy hors d’oeuvres (Summer Garden Flatbread Bar) outdoor wedding reception for 230 guests was an outstanding success! Fantastic food can be effectively destroyed by poor presentation and service, and great service and presentation cannot mask average food. From the moment we met Kristen we felt strongly that Ivory Table would deliver on all accounts, and deliver they did! The artisan and flat breads, marinated chicken and flank steak, variety of spreads (the feta scallion spread, omigosh!), cranberry quinoa salad, garden vegetables and dips, cascading fruit tower… it all was beautifully presented and absolutely fantastic to the taste. And as for budget and logistics… fear not, Kristen’s creativity and eye for detail allowed it all to be developed and managed to meet a desired budget range, and the Ivory Table professionalism and attention to detail made it a worry-free, don’t-have-to-think-about-whether-any-detail-is-forgotten day for the entire wedding party.

“Kristen catered our wedding for us and it was simply awesome. Food is extremely important to me, as I cook a lot and have pretty high expectations. When we were planning the wedding, we really wanted it to be centered around the food – Kristen TOTALLY got what we were looking for, and that we wanted to create a really delicious experience for all of our guests. The food at our wedding really exceeded all expectations. Guests raved about it night of, days after, and have brought it up in the months since. Things like “best food I have ever had at a wedding” and “amazingly delicious, not just for wedding food, but for a dinner, period.” We personally wanted something that felt really farm to table with mediterranean influences and she really really delivered. The presentation was also gorgeous – we had an outdoor summer wedding and served family style (so lots of platters) and everything could not have been more beautiful. Wish we could get married again so we could do a dinner like this all over again ?
